This was the best value for family stay! I really appreciated the whole team during my stay; special thanks to MARK for fixing our AC and not having to change rooms! Loved the mini kitchen and all outdoor facilities for recreation for the kiddies! Thank you!

I like the kitchenette (with the provided cookware, dishes and silverware) and layout of the room. And the wi-fi was easy to connect to using my room number and name instead of using a password. It was clean and orderly.

The staff was incredible! We kept having to change our reservation,, and they were unfailingly kind and helpful. The room was great. I really liked the layout and could see it as being great for us, for families or for work. It was comfortable, practical, thoughtful and very attractive. Breakfast was very good. Its proximity to Henrico Doctors Hospital was another plus for us.

Clean, well organized. Room had a small kitchen, including full size fridge/freezer. Layout with TV was clever. They asked what floor we wanted to be on and accommodated that. Just very pleasant for a stop-on-highway place.

The room was a great size for my family. The dining in the lobby and breakfast was amazing! The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent! The outside arrangement of basketball, TV’s, BBQ’s and ping pong table was awesome!!
